Terms of use

Your account

• Your information must be accurate and you must represent yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.

Profiles are for members

• Profile details (photo, city, bio, age, career, achievements, clips and contact details) are available to signed-in members only.
• Visitors who are not signed in see a short card (name, sport or profession, country) only, and never see profiles of people under 18.
• Copying, harvesting or publishing members' data outside the platform is prohibited.

Control of your account

• Every member can, at any time from the Account page, pause their account (the profile is hidden and the data is kept until they resume) or permanently delete their account and data.
• Each member chooses whether they are “Open to offers” or “Not open to offers” and can change it at any time.

Agreements and contracts

• All agreements and contracts currently take place outside the site, directly between the parties.
• The site is not a party to any contract or agreement, does not guarantee its completion, performance or validity, and accepts no liability for any defect, dispute or damage arising from it.
• Each party must verify the other party and the terms of any agreement before committing to it.

Content

• You are responsible for what you publish. It must not be misleading, offensive, unlawful or infringe the rights of others.
• We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts.

Verification

A “Verified” badge means we checked a specific aspect such as identity or authority. It does not guarantee the quality of a person or service.

Opportunities & promotion

The publishing organization is responsible for its opportunities. Any future paid placement will be clearly labelled and is not an endorsement.

Minors

People under 18 are registered by a parent or guardian only. Any inappropriate contact with minors is strictly prohibited.

Photos

• Your profile photo must show you only, head and shoulders, in modest sportswear or everyday clothing.
• No photos of other people and no inappropriate images. Photos of minors are uploaded by the guardian only.
• Photos that break these rules are removed, and repeated violations may suspend the account.

Impersonation

• Impersonating any athlete, person or organization, or using social accounts you do not own, is prohibited.
• Profiles using protected names or receiving multiple reports are hidden until reviewed and may be permanently suspended.

Organization registration

• Clubs, academies and federations register with an official email matching their website. Courts, gyms, stores and other sports businesses may register with any email.
• No organization appears publicly before review, and it goes back to review when its name, website, links or booking contact change.

Courts & booking

• Venue pages only show how to book with the venue. Booking and payment happen directly with the venue; Arena In is not a party to them.
• Venue photos show the facilities themselves, without identifiable people.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for agreements or dealings between users outside the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Conflict with laws

• If any provision of the site's policies, terms or procedures conflicts with applicable local or international laws and regulations, those laws prevail, and the conflicting provision is treated as void and of no effect to the extent of the conflict.
• All other provisions remain in full force.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
